Process Flow: Raw Material Loading(coil loading)-uncoiling-unpeeling-flattening-shearing-butt weld-rotary shear and scrap chopper-edge milling(edge planning)-cleaning-main drive-prebending-guide plate-forming-inner welding-outside welding-ultrasonic weldseam test-pipe cutting-steel pipe output-inner welding flux cleaning-inspection and repairing-pipe end repairing-X-ray inspection (repairing)- pipe end face beveling-hydrotester-ultrasonic test, weighing and length measuring-final product inspection-warehousing. The production mode of spiral mill include front swing type and back swing type. the front swing type is the conventional spiral mill. In the back swing production type, there is a flying car just like a accumulator which is used for coil joinning during forming process in the entry section. and there is pipe handling car to pick up the pipe from payoff table to pipe conveyors in the mill back section
